Tony Stewart is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Charter Member at TechGC since October 2021, Tony is part of an exclusive peer community for General Counsel focused on sharing knowledge and best practices. Previously, Tony held the position of Chief Legal & Privacy Officer and Associate General Counsel at ParkMobile, LLC from October 2019 to February 2024, where legal expertise was applied to privacy matters. Prior to that, Tony worked as an Attorney at Hall Booth Smith, P.C. from September 2012 to September 2019, specializing in data privacy, security, intellectual property, and general liability for diverse clients. Earlier in the career, Tony served as Supervisor at Emory EMS from August 2010 to December 2012, overseeing emergency response operations. Tony holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a BS from the University of North Georgia.
