Shara Lerman is a highly accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal and business sectors. Currently serving as a Charter Member at TechGC since September 2021, Shara engages with peers to exchange knowledge and best practices among General Counsel. As the President of Three Amoebas Productions since January 2014, Shara leads the company while also holding the position of General Counsel at Productivity Media Inc. from November 2021 to August 2024. Previous roles include Head of Business and Legal Affairs at Luma Pictures, Attorney at Valensi Rose, PLC, and Founder of Lerman Law Group. Shara's early career includes positions at prestigious law firms such as Fenton Nelson, LLP, Eisner & Frank, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Shara holds a JD (cum laude) from Georgetown University Law Center and a BS in Psychology from Portland State University.
