Sean Fernandez-Ledon serves as General Counsel at Octane Lending since 2017, and is a Founding Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsels focused on sharing expertise and support. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate and Summer Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, as well as a Summer Associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP. Additionally, Sean worked as a Paralegal at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia College, Columbia University.
