Connor Sandagata is a Tech Congress Fellow at TechCongress since January 2025. Previously, Connor served as a Senior Data Scientist at WPA Intelligence from February 2022 to January 2025, focusing on classification modeling, predictive machine learning, research tooling, and campaign planning across various political levels. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Rochester from February 2019 to August 2020, where Connor contributed to research, transcription, and database management for The Seward Project. Connor holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs and History from the University of Rochester (2017-2021) and a High School Diploma from Hamden Hall Country Day School (2014-2017).
