Mario Buscaini is an accomplished technical director with extensive experience in project management and operational development within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Technical Director at Techbau S.p.A. since September 2019, Mario previously held the same title at GSE and has managed various prominent projects, including the AMAZON MXP3 in Vercelli and an LNG Terminal in Dunkerque. A graduate of Politecnico di Milano with multiple degrees in Civil Engineering and Project Management, Mario has demonstrated expertise in leading integrated management for both private and public sector projects, focusing on process improvement and resource development.
