Nitish Kalra has worked as a UI Developer at Cognizant Technology Solutions from February 2014 to March 2016. Nitish then joined Publicis Sapient as an Associate Experience Technoloy L2 in April 2016 and worked there until March 2018. Currently, they are working as a Senior Software Engineer at Tech9 since March 2018.

Nitish Kalra has a strong educational background with several degrees and certifications. Nitish obtained a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Data Science & Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University, from 2009 to 2013. Nitish also attended Tagore Academy Public School from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a SSE degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Nitish'sprimary education was completed at St Johns School, where they underwent the Higher Secondary Examination (HSE) in Science from 1995 to 2007.

In addition to their degrees, Nitish Kalra has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. In 2022, they completed the "2022 Complete Python Bootcamp from Zero to Hero in Python" from Udemy. Nitish also completed the "GRAPHQL By Example" and "Modern React with Redux" courses from Udemy in 2021. In 2021, they also obtained the "GO: The complete developers guide" certification from Udemy. Furthermore, in 2012 they obtained a "Certificate of proficiency in ADVANCE JAVA (A grade)" from DUCAT, Noida. In 2011, they received a "Certificate in Java Programming Language using Java SE6 (Award of Achievement)" from ORACLE (Workforce Development Program).
