Diana Preda is an experienced talent acquisition professional, currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at dbt Labs and as a Talent Partner and Founder at People Essential since September 2024 and June 2024, respectively. In addition, Diana works as a Senior Consultant at Tech Recruitment, specializing in sourcing IT&C candidates for EU institutions and NATO. Prior roles include senior talent partnerships at Bitpanda, where Diana managed diverse recruitment projects and contributed to optimization initiatives, and at Google and Fitbit, where Diana was integral to the EMEA Fitbit Talent Team. With extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management, including a decade at Adobe, Diana holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Babes-Bolyai University.
