Akshay Jain has extensive work experience in business development and operations. Akshay is currently serving as the Head of Business Development & Operations at Tech Q Ware since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at the same company from September 2021 to October 2023. Before joining Tech Q Ware, Akshay worked as a Business Development Manager at TOP CLASS ENTERTAINMENT LLP from January 2021 to August 2021. Akshay also has experience as a Business Development Specialist and an Internship Trainee at Asia Innovations HK Limited from June 2019 to December 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Sterlite Power in 2018 and as an Associate Consultant at CareerNet Technologies from 2016 to 2018. Akshay gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at RIVIGO and as a Talent Acquisition professional at Atos in 2017.

Akshay Jain earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from V.T.U in 2015. Akshay later pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources Management and Information Technology, from Brij Mohan Institute of Management & Technology from 2018 to 2020.
