Shweta Singh has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shweta is currently a co-founder at Clidapt, where they are involved in the development of a climate adaptation platform. Prior to this, Shweta co-founded iLu.Earth, a company that provides carbon emission management tools for businesses. Shweta also co-founded iLu Space, a venture focused on climate action insight.
In 2022, Shweta participated in the Compass and Nexus Incubator Program offered by the University of Helsinki. This program provided their with support and mentoring to help their convert solutions into scalable start-ups. Shweta also joined Tech Nordic Advocates as a Helsinki Female Tech Founder Frontrunner.
Before venturing into the climate space, Shweta gained experience in sales and account management roles. Shweta worked as an Account Manager at Regus, where they focused on client retention and service delivery. Shweta also served as a Key Account Manager at Monster, where they managed client relationships and advocated for their needs within the organization. Earlier in their career, Shweta worked as a Business Development Consultant at White Crow Research, responsible for sales and marketing activities in India and Hong Kong.
Shweta's work experience also includes leadership roles. Shweta served as a Branch Head at People Interactive, contributing to the organization's growth and increasing referrals and renewal sales. Additionally, Shweta worked as an Assistant Manager at TALENTEDGE, leading a team and exceeding sales quotas through tie-ups with corporates and colleges.
Shweta Singh pursued their education at the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli from 2014 to 2015, where they earned a PG in Branding and Advertising. Prior to that, they attended the University of Mumbai from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree. Apart from their formal education, Shweta has also obtained various certifications throughout the years. In 2019, they completed the "FinTech Foundations and Overview" course offered by Coursera. In 2021, they acquired the "Sustainability for Design, Construction, and Manufacturing" certification from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in 2022, Shweta obtained the "Badge of completion for the Climate & Sustainability Virtual Experience Program" from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Finally, in 2023, they obtained the "Building Climate Resilience through Ecosystem-based Adaptation Planning" certification from the UN Environment Programme.
