Kyle Manning is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy execution, logistics, and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Consultant at LMI since February 2022, Kyle effectively manages Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) policies. Concurrently, as a Supply Chain Project Manager at Tech-Marine Business, Inc. since July 2019, Kyle supports military government assets through logistics and data analytics. Previous roles include Senior Logistics Manager at VSE Corporation and Program Manager for multiple government contracts at Tech-Marine Business, Inc. Earlier in the career, Kyle served as a U.S. Naval Officer, attaining the rank of 0-3E, after earning a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of San Diego.
