Varadh Murugesan is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience in the automotive and oil and gas sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Automotive Business Unit Head at Tech Mahindra since June 2011, Varadh is responsible for overseeing the automotive business in the Americas. Prior to this, roles included Vice President & Global Client Partner and various leadership positions at Mahindra Satyam, where Varadh successfully led a delivery and upstream DQM practice, achieving significant revenue growth. Varadh began a career at Satyam Computer Services Ltd, excelling in delivery and pre-sales roles for the oil and gas downstream business, managing a large engagement and overseeing numerous modernization initiatives. Varadh holds a Global Business Leadership degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Madras, along with ongoing studies in the Managerial Excellence Program at Duke University.
