Puja Sinha Duggal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and strategy within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Global Engagement Lead at Tech Mahindra since July 2021, Puja focuses on designing omni-channel marketing solutions through insights into customer experience and hyper-personalization. Previous roles include Associate Vice President at Logicserve Digital, where Puja was instrumental in developing hyperlocal marketing strategies, as well as positions such as Associate Director of Digital Strategy and Media Planning and Account Director for Business Insights & Solutions. Puja's background also includes management roles in luxury brand partnerships and marketing within the pharma industry. Puja holds a PGDM in Marketing from SIES College of Management and a B.Tech in Biotechnology from Dr. D.Y Patil Institute for Biotechnology & Bioinformatics.
