Mark Casper is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in project and program management within the IT sector and a strong commitment to supporting veterans. Currently serving as the President and CEO of Tech For Troops since December 2015, Mark Casper has dedicated efforts to providing refurbished computers to veterans and their families, while also hiring veterans for technical training roles. Previous experience includes managing consulting services at Federal Street Consulting and leading customer problem resolution initiatives at Capital One. Mark Casper has a background in program analysis with the Department of Veterans Affairs and has held program management positions with Northrop Grumman. Mark Casper began a career in project management at Capital One and served in the United States Marine Corps. Education includes a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Scrum Master class.
