Joseph Machara has extensive experience in the financial and legal sectors, currently serving as Chairman of the Board at Tech Credit Union since June 1997. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Partner at RSM US LLP from September 2004 until April 2021. Academically, Joseph Machara earned an LL.M. in Taxation from DePaul University College of Law and a J.D. in Taxation from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. Additionally, Joseph holds a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University Northwest.
