Rafael Alvarez has a diverse work experience spanning various positions in the life sciences industry. Rafael started their career in 1996 as the Head of Research and Development at GeneLAB GmbH, where they worked until 2000. In 2001, they joined Tecan as a Product Manager in the Diagnostics division and later served as the Global Business Director for Diagnostics.
