Anand Srinath Gopalan is a seasoned scientist with expertise in product development and research in the fields of epigenetics and chemical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Tecan Genomics, Inc. since June 2019, Anand has contributed significantly to the engineering and commercialization of the Epigenetic Aging Clock for mice, processing over 2000 samples using innovative methods. Prior experience includes roles at Zymo Research Corp as a Research Associate, and as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Irvine under the Biomedical Engineering department. Anand's educational background includes a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from UC Irvine and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka. Additional experience includes freelance writing and a traineeship in process engineering at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories.
