Pablo Cartagena is an experienced Information Technology Specialist currently employed at TEC Systems, Inc. since June 2015, where responsibilities include network troubleshooting, cybersecurity, and customization of solutions using Raspberry Pi hardware. Previously, from March 2003 to January 2011, Pablo worked as a Server Administrator and Data Manager at the NYC Department of Education, managing user accounts and overseeing a student network of over 200 laptops while performing data analysis and maintenance tasks. Pablo also held positions at Telco Group Inc. as a Customer Service Agent, and Geiger International as a Showroom Manager. Pablo earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Programming from the New York Institute of Technology between 2013 and 2018.
