Carl Thor has extensive experience in engineering, having worked at TEC Systems, Inc. since September 1995 in the role of Engineer. Prior to this, Carl held engineering positions at T.M. Bier & Associates from November 1993 to August 1995 and at Mitsui Seiki USA from November 1992 to September 1993. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University at Buffalo, earned between 1986 and 1999, as well as an Associate of Science in Engineering Science from the State University of New York at Farmingdale, completed from 1983 to 1985.
