Tracy Baldwin Swayne has had a diverse work experience. Tracy started their career in 1997 as a Special Agent at the FBI, where they worked until 2006. In 2007, Tracy became an author, specifically working on the book "God Is Bigger Than Your FBI." The next year, they joined Tec-Masters, Inc. as a Business Development Manager. Tracy also held the position of 2nd VP at HASBAT from 2008 until 2013. Throughout their career, Tracy has also pursued their passion for acting, directing, and producing as an Actress/Filmmaker.

Tracy Baldwin Swayne began their education in 1982 at The University of Texas at Arlington, where they pursued a degree in Management Information Systems. Tracy completed their education in 1984, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA). Following this, Tracy enrolled at the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1990 and graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration.
