Karen Wagner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, project management, and education. Currently serving as a Facilitator for Leadership Development and Circles of Trust at the Center for Courage & Renewal since August 2024, Karen leads retreats for diverse groups. At TEC Communications, Inc., since February 2013, Karen has excelled as a Manager for IT Operations & Accounting, focusing on project management and strategic analysis. From 1999 to 2015, Karen directed faith formation across various congregations, developing and publishing curriculum. Additionally, Karen contributed to the Cleveland Museum of Art as an Educator and Development specialist from 1986 to 2003. Karen holds a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University, a Master of Arts in Art History and Museum Studies from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor’s degree in History with minors in German and Art History from Illinois Wesleyan University.
