Alexis Simpson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they worked at Tebra as a Sr. Search Engine Marketing Campaign Manager, where they served as a liaison between account managers and the digital marketing team, strategizing effective action plans and optimizing client's paid digital marketing strategies. Alexis also resolved customer requests to maintain high customer satisfaction scores and collaborated with internal teams to create resources and trainings for staff. Before that, they worked at PatientPop Inc. in a similar role, where they received a Top Advertising, Customer Success Award and also served as a Co-Chair on the NOIR ERG. Prior to that, Alexis worked as a Search Engine Marketing Analyst at PatientPop, where they played a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing clients' digital marketing strategies. Alexis also led various initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company. Alexis has also gained experience as a Volunteer Social Media Correspondent at Living Legends Foundation, a Social Media Associate at O'Reilly Media, a Data Entry Assistant at The Coupon Scoop, and a Student Assistant at the Center for Community Engagement.
In 2012, Alexis Simpson enrolled in Sonoma State University where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies. Alexis completed their studies at the university in 2016. Additionally, in July 2019, Alexis obtained the Inbound Certified certification from HubSpot Academy.
