Charlotte Flowers is an experienced professional in social development and humanitarian response, currently serving as Corporate Priority Strategic Coordinator and previously as Design, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at Tearfund since February 2013. Charlotte has coordinated impact assessments across multiple regions and developed monitoring systems, in addition to assisting in crisis management during the Ebola and Boko Haram crises. Other roles include research on social development with Practical Action and Citizens UK, and campaign management with Fairtrading. Charlotte also completed the Faiths Act Fellowship, promoting interfaith collaboration, and held leadership positions within Oxford's fundraising society. Charlotte holds a Master of Science in Social Development Practice from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from the University of Oxford.
