Zachary Romash

Manager, Customer Education at Teamworks

Zachary Romash, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in customer education, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Education at Teamworks since March 2021, where responsibilities include creating and managing educational resources for a suite of nine products and overseeing the Teamworks Help Center. Prior to this role, Zachary held several positions at NCAA, including Senior Customer Education Manager and Assistant Director of Academic and Membership Affairs, along with experience as an Athletic Academic Advisor at UC Santa Barbara and the University of Nevada Reno. Zachary's academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership, Management, and Policy from Seton Hall University, an MBA from Fitchburg State University, and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Drew University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in History from Franklin & Marshall College.
