Cheyna Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and management, currently serving as a Senior Product Success Manager and Customer Support Manager at Teamworks since September 2019. In this role, Cheyna supervises daily operations, reviews staffing schedules, oversees cross-functional issue resolution, and implements training and process improvements for the Customer Support team. Previously, Cheyna held significant roles in the United States Air Force, including Flight Commander of the Missile Security Forces Squadron, ensuring the security of critical facilities.
