Rachel Johnston is an experienced professional in customer support and creative industries, currently serving as Customer Support Team Lead and Customer Collaboration Advocate at Teamwork since April 2022. Prior roles include Workshop Technician at Titanic Creative Management, where Rachel produced silicone prosthetics to meet strict design specifications, and General Manager at Piccolo Café. Rachel also has a background in makeup and hair design, having worked as a Studio Makeup Artist for the Northern Ireland Open Snooker Championships and contributed to various short films. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies from Queen's University Belfast and has completed multiple courses in prosthetic makeup, teaching, and special effects. Rachel is further advancing professional skills with a diploma in Leadership and Management from University College Dublin.
