Kate Shoaf is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in life cycle and growth marketing, currently serving as a Senior Life Cycle Marketing Manager at Teamwork since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kate worked at Spring for over seven years, holding various leadership positions including Growth Marketing Director, Head of Product Marketing, Product Operations Manager, and Growth Product Manager, where notable achievements included significant revenue growth and successful product marketing campaigns. Kate also contributed to community engagement and localization efforts as Head of Global Community at Spring. Earlier career experiences include roles at Fabrily as a Global Community Manager, and as a Public Relations & Communications Manager at Genjoy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Spanish, and Advertising from Flagler College.
