Karen Hodgins is an accomplished software tester with a comprehensive background in quality assurance and business analysis. Currently serving as a Software Tester at Teamwork since June 2019, Karen has built upon previous experience as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst at CORE Technology from June 2013 to May 2019, where responsibilities included team leadership, software testing, and documentation of testing procedures. Karen also worked as a Business Analyst at CORE Technology, providing client training and support. Earlier experience includes a Software Quality Assurance Internship at American Tower, where test plans were created for multiple projects. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from University College Cork.
