Himanshu Kumar is an experienced software engineer currently working as a Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) at Salesforce since February 2024. Previously, Himanshu served as a Senior Software Engineer II at MakeMyTrip, where responsibility included developing an application layer for orchestrating multiple downstream invocations and creating a task execution library for efficient parallel task handling. Prior to that, Himanshu was a Lead Engineer at D. E. Shaw India, contributing to the development of a multi-tenant SaaS product. Experience also includes working as a Software Development Engineer (SDE) at Amazon, where involvement focused on re-architecting a critical shipping system, and earlier roles at Samsung R&D Institute included developing AI solutions for the Bixby interface. Himanshu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
