Jarno Lukkarila is an experienced product designer currently working at Teamspective since June 2023 and has been the owner of Typolar since September 2010. Prior professional experience includes roles as a Senior User Experience Designer at Valtech from April 2021 to May 2023, Experience Design Lead/Product Designer at Invidem from September 2021 to March 2023, and Lead UX Designer/Digital Creative at Wunderman Thompson from January 2020 to March 2021. Previous positions also encompass Senior Creative/Art Director at Mirum Agency, Owner of Format Design - Jarno Lukkarila Type Foundry, and UI/Type Designer at Nokia. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Visual Communications from Aalto University, a certification from Hyper Island in Leading Teams in the Digital Age, and a Post Graduate diploma in Type Design and Media from The Royal Academy of Fine Arts in The Hague, among others.
