Trista Banfield is a Senior Consultant at Sparq, responsible for managing engagement management colleagues, providing performance feedback, and guiding professional development since June 2023. Banfield has served as a Board Member of Cape Fear Women in Tech since November 2017, focusing on championing opportunities and inspiring women in technology.
