Louise Backhagen has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Louise started their career in 2014 as a Preschool staff member at Montessoriföreskolan Skeppet. Louise then worked as a Gymnastic Instructor at Gymnastiktruppen Vikingarna for several years, where they had increasing responsibilities as a head instructor.

In 2016, Louise worked at TeamEngine as a Salesman, where they helped organize mailings to customers and also worked as a salesman during the summer.

In 2017, they transitioned to a role as a Retail Sales Clerk at Lekia Leksaker and worked there until 2019.

In 2018, they joined TV4 as a Broadcast detail planner, where they were responsible for detailed planning of broadcast schedules for the company's channels. This role required a strong focus and attention to detail.

In 2020, Louise worked at Schibsted as a Master Thesis student, where they wrote their master thesis about the public knowledge of digital cookies and explored the design of cookie consent forms.

Since 2019, they have been working at TeamEngine again, first as a UX Designer/UI Developer, and currently as a Project Manager.

Overall, Louise has gained experience in project management, design, sales, broadcast scheduling, education, and childcare throughout their career.

Louise Backhagen attended Enskilda Gymnasiet from 2011 to 2014, where they studied Naturvetenskap and obtained their High School degree. In 2012, they briefly attended the University of Cambridge for the Sir Christopher Summer program. Later, from 2015 to 2020, they pursued a Civilingenjör i Medieteknik (Master of Science in Media Technology) at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
