Daniel Matusek started their work experience in 2012 as an intern in Controlling at RAUMEDIC AG. Daniel then worked as a Dual Study Programme Student in Mainframe Computing / COBOL at Commerzbank AG from October 2012 to June 2013.

In 2013, they had vacation work in manufacturing at REHAU.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Student Assistant at Technische Universität Dresden.

In 2017, they became an Academic Assistant at Technische Universität Dresden.

From 2014 to 2018, they had various roles at Commerzbank AG, including as a Software Engineer (Working Student), Internal Auditor (Working Student), and Data Analyst (Working Student) in the Group Audit department.

In 2018, they worked as a Werkstudent at OSP – Otto Group Solution Provider.

In 2019, they started working as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at TU Dresden until March 2023.

Since April 2023, they have been working as a Data Engineer at TeamBank AG.

Daniel Matusek's education history includes several degrees in the field of computer science. Daniel first obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computer Science from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in 2013. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Technische Universität Dresden, which they completed in 2017. Daniel then continued their education at Technische Universität Dresden, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science in 2019. Currently, they are pursuing a Doktoringenieur degree in Informatik at Technische Universität Dresden, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
