Milou Tijsse Klasen is an experienced media professional currently serving as Production Lead and Interim Managing Director at Team5pm since October 2020. Prior to this, Milou held multiple roles at XITE from 2014 to 2020, including Head of Content, where responsibilities encompassed managing the content team, overseeing collaborations, maintaining budgets, coordinating projects, and developing content strategies. Milou also worked as a Creative Producer, directing production teams, crafting scripts, and managing various planning processes. Earlier experience includes serving as a Personal Assistant and HR & Office Manager at XITE, as well as a Production Intern. Milou holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Entertainment Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and furthered education at LOI in 2020.
