Jarrod Bernstein serves as Of Counsel at Morrison Cohen LLP since January 2023, specializing in Family Office, Crisis Management, Litigation Support, General Counsel, and M&A. In addition, Jarrod is the Chairperson of the Board for Zioness Movement Inc and the Managing Director at First Due Advisory, both roles commenced in 2023. Jarrod holds a position on the Board of Advisors for Team Rubicon and contributes as a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician, 1st Assistant Chief at Saltaire Volunteer Fire Company since June 2013. Previously, Jarrod hosted the Limited Liability Podcast for Jewish Insider and worked at Bloomberg LP in Disaster Response and Recovery Operations from September 2017 to February 2022. Additional roles include being an Advisor at HealCo and a Fellow at Disruptor Foundation. Jarrod's educational background includes a BA in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University, a JD from Fordham University School of Law, and a Certificate in Leadership and Crisis Management from the Harvard Kennedy School, among other qualifications in emergency response and firefighting.
