Manthan Patel is a technology leader with over six years of experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Head of Technology at Team Pumpkin since November 2021, Manthan oversees a team of 15 professionals and is responsible for project planning, task assignment, and effective communication to meet project objectives. Prior to this role, Manthan worked as a Software Engineer at Cygnet Infotech, providing full-stack development support for an Australian client in technologies such as Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB. Manthan's earlier experience includes positions as a Full Stack Developer and Associate Software Engineer, where significant contributions were made to employee advocacy software and telematics products, including the design of internal tools that optimized coding processes. Manthan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Government Engineering College, Gandhinagar, and a Diploma in Information Technology from Merchant Education Campus, Gujarat.
