Simon Bliss has extensive experience in the recruitment and logistics sectors, currently serving as Chairperson at TEAM (The Employment Agents Movement) since October 2020 and as Founder & Trustee of Safety4Good since September 2018. Notably, Simon held the position of Non Executive Director at Principal People from May 2010 until December 2022 after successfully leading the company as Managing Director, where growth was a key focus. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at ERIK JUHLER International Recruitment Solutions and Director at Business Direct Plc, as well as ownership of market my business. Simon's career began with the establishment of Concord Couriers Group, which evolved into a national logistics carrier during Simon's tenure as Chairman from April 1979 to December 2004. Simon's educational background includes attendance at Hampton Grammar and Denmead School.
