Nicola Henry is an experienced talent acquisition and recruitment professional with a diverse background spanning over 19 years. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Inclusion at Team Internet since July 2022, Nicola has previously held significant roles at PwC UK, including G&HI Cluster Operations Capability Manager and Resource Manager for the South East Audit practice. Earlier experience includes positions at Mott MacDonald as Recruitment Manager, Parsons Brinckerhoff in leadership roles for the Middle East and North Africa, and establishing a successful desk at Hays. Nicola began a career in recruitment at Admiral Group and Computer People, after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism Management from Queen Margaret University. Throughout the career, Nicola has demonstrated a strong capacity for managing large-scale hiring initiatives, developing recruitment strategies, and driving people-centric initiatives.
