Nicole Lunberg, CSM, CSPO®, currently serves as Delivery Lead I at TEAM IM, where responsibilities include managing customer engagement, delivery plans, and fostering a culture of agile principles. Previously, at Creed Interactive, Nicole worked as an Enterprise Digital Project Manager and an Associate Digital Project Manager. Earlier roles as Senior Project Management Consultant and Change Manager involved significant contributions to projects for Abbott and Express Scripts, focusing on Scrum methodologies and change management strategies. Nicole also has experience as a Program Counselor, Admission Intern, and HR Intern, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College, graduating Cum Laude.
