Reshma Modi, DO, CMD, currently serves as the Medical Director for Post Acute Care at TeamHealth since October 2024. Prior to this role, Reshma Modi held the position of Senior Medical Director Clinical Operations at Inbound Health from November 2023 to October 2024 and was the Medical Director at Optum Home & Community between August 2022 and October 2023. Reshma Modi has extensive experience in post-acute care management, operational oversight, and quality improvement initiatives, including a significant tenure as Regional Medical Director for Post Acute Services at Adfinitas Health. Additional roles include attending physician at the Naval Health Clinic Annapolis and Maryland Cardiology Associates, and general practitioner at various healthcare facilities. Reshma Modi earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton.
