Danny Hsia is the Chairperson at Team Group. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Account Manager, Customer Success at Persado from January 2016 to February 2017. In this role, they managed relationships and growth of key enterprise accounts, created and executed account strategies, and conducted all operations and engagements with an intense focus on client satisfaction. Danny was also responsible for leading account growth, renewing all major accounts, and coordinating all account support to achieve account targets and ensure highest client satisfaction. Through their intense customer focus and strategic guidance, Danny helped their clients realize email lifts of 14% (open rate), 40% (click rate) and 45% (revenue).

Danny Hsia attended the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they received their Bachelor of Science in Finance. Danny later attended The Motley Fool Fellowship Leadership Program. Danny is certified as a Saba Cloud Business Consultant.
