Karen Thorpe has over two decades of experience in various roles within the sports and arts sectors. Since November 2006, Karen has served as the Head of Performance Artistic Swimming at Swim England and has held the position of National Development Officer. In addition, Karen has been with the British Olympic Association since June 2016 as the Artistic Swimming Team Leader. Prior to these roles, Karen was a Joint Business Owner at CRAFT4CRAFTERS LTD from September 2001 until the company's rebranding in November 2006, and served as Office Manager at Bristol City Council from October 1992 to August 2001.
