Max Pastor currently serves as Senior Art Director at Aspect since September 2024. Prior to this role, Max was the Motion/Video Lead at Ralph from October 2019 to September 2024, where responsibilities included collaborating with strategists and copywriters to create and execute marketing campaigns for major television shows, films, and brands, as well as building a team of 15 artists. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Motion Graphics Artist/Video Editor at Activision Blizzard from March 2018 to October 2019, focusing on consumer-facing marketing assets. Additionally, Max worked as VFX Supervisor at Product Factory from October 2012 to March 2018, overseeing the visual effects for "Avengers: Assemble" and managing various teams across projects.
