Bonnie Dilber is a highly experienced recruiting professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and leadership development. Currently serving as Recruiting Manager at Zapier since November 2021, Bonnie leads a seven-person team, consistently surpassing monthly hiring targets. Bonnie has also founded Landed!, a jobseeker-focused newsletter, and plays advisory roles at candidate.fyi and WorkFolk, helping enhance candidate experiences and connect individuals with job opportunities in tech. As the founder of Catalyze Talent Collaborative, Bonnie collaborates with educational institutions and non-profits to foster talent development. Prior roles include Senior Managing Director of National Recruitment at Teach For America and Vice President of Recruitment at IDEA Public Schools, where Bonnie successfully managed large teams to fill numerous positions across multiple locations. Bonnie holds a BA in Sociology and additional degrees in Educational Leadership and an MBA.
