Naomi Nash is an experienced leader and facilitator with a strong background in social change, education, and business. Since November 2010, Naomi has served as the Director and Lead Facilitator at New River Leadership, where Naomi focuses on unlocking collective leadership to foster purposeful work and positive change. Additionally, Naomi is involved in business development as a co-author at Rethinking Leadership, exploring the flaws of traditional leadership models. Naomi also holds positions as a sessional lecturer at Charles Sturt University and provides leadership coaching through TEAL consulting. As an honorary associate at The University of Sydney Business School, Naomi supports entrepreneurial initiatives. With earlier experience as a community youth worker and a researcher for the Uniting Church in Australia, Naomi’s academic credentials include honors in business and degrees in teaching and information technology from Charles Sturt University.
