Cecil Cheshier is an experienced civil engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Land Development at TNP since January 2023. Previously held the position of Vice President/Director of Engineering at USA Professional Services Group, Inc., where responsibilities included managing the engineering department and developing strategic growth plans. Prior roles include Senior Civil Engineer at Cardinal Strategies, President of Peak XV Engineering Group, and Vice President at Cargill-Cheshier & Associates, Inc., among others. Cecil Cheshier has a comprehensive background in project management and business development across diverse sectors of land development, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
