Lucio M. has extensive work experience in the digital advertising industry. Lucio started their career at Football Federation Victoria as a Marketing Assistant in 2007. Lucio then worked as a Junior Auditor at Tickmark S.p.A., where they gained experience in risk analysis and financial analysis.

Lucio joined Net Enjoy IT Service snc as a Marketing Manager, where they developed projects focused on QR code functionality. Lucio later worked at RCS MediaGroup as a Marketing Assistant, where they gained expertise in data analysis, SEM campaigns, and web marketing strategies.

In 2010, Lucio joined Microsoft as a Consumer & Online Media Network Analyst, optimizing campaigns and analyzing network performance. Lucio later took on the role of Inside Account Manager & Licensing Sales Specialist before becoming a Media Buyer Lead.

Lucio joined Ebuzzing in 2012 as a Publisher Sales Manager in Italy and later became the Head of Publishing Italy. Lucio then moved to Teads as the Head of Programmatic, where they revolutionized video advertising by placing it outside of the stream. Lucio also served as the Director of Business Operations and was eventually promoted to VP of Performance Advertising in various regions.

In 2018, Lucio joined Teads.tv as the Head of Business Development. Lucio united and empowered top publishers, distributing ads to a vast audience. Lucio's work experience is characterized by their expertise in digital branding, video advertising, campaign optimization, and data analysis.

Lucio M. has a diverse education history. Lucio attended the Microsoft Academy for College Hires MACH program from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Laurea Specialistica in Mercati e Strategie d'Impresa at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2007 to 2010. Lucio M. also holds a degree in Economia Aziendale from Università Bocconi, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a Certificate in Advanced English from the British Council in 2005. Lucio M. also spent a year studying Business Administration at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business from 2004 to 2005.
