Olga Plaga has had two work experiences in chronological order. From March 2022 onwards, they worked as a Software Developer at Teacode.io. Prior to that, from October 2019 to June 2021, they worked at FPP Enviro Sp. z.o.o as an Environmental Project Specialist and as a Coordinator's Assistant in the EIA team. In this role, their responsibilities included obtaining information and materials, preparing reports on the environmental impact of investments, conducting spatial analysis using ArcGIS software, and assessing the investment's impact on the environment.

Olga Plaga has a diverse educational background. Olga began their education in 2014 at the University of Warsaw, where they pursued a degree in Psychology and completed their studies in 2019, earning the title of Magister (Mgr). In 2015, they also enrolled at Szko艂a G艂贸wna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie, focusing on Forestry. Olga graduated from this institution in 2019 with a degree in Engineering (In偶.). Finally, in 2019, Olga Plaga returned to Szko艂a G艂贸wna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie to further their studies in Forestry and completed their Master's degree (Magister, Mgr) in this field in 2020.
