Lance Reed is an experienced educational professional with a strong focus on early childhood education and leadership. Currently serving as the Head Start Program Director at Head-Start since January 2021, and a CLASS Contract Trainer at Teachstone since April 2015, Lance plays a vital role in training school districts, researchers, and practitioners globally. Additionally, since August 2014, Lance has been the Curriculum Supervisor at Starfish Family Services, providing instructional support and coaching to educators in the Detroit Head Start/Early Head Start program. Previous roles include Head Start Education Specialist at HighScope Educational Research Foundation and Education Coordinator at The Order of the Fisherman Ministry Head Start. Furthermore, Lance has experience as an adjunct professor in Early Childhood Education at Baker College. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Siena Heights University.
