Ricardo Seagraves has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ricardo is currently serving as the Director of Technical Services Operations at Teaching Strategies, LLC since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager and Product Manager at Camber Creative from 2019 to 2022. Ricardo also held positions at Teaching Strategies, LLC, where they worked as a Technical Product Manager, Test Engineer, and Information Technology Helpdesk Specialist from 2012 to 2019. Ricardo started their career as a Bank Teller at Wells Fargo from 2010 to 2012 and was also self-employed as an Independent Technology Consultant during that time. Ricardo's earlier experience includes working as an English as a Second Language Teacher at the American Language School and as an Electronic Funds Transfer Representative at Envision Credit Union.

Ricardo Seagraves obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University in 2007. Ricardo later pursued a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University, which they completed in 2011. In addition to their formal education, Ricardo Seagraves obtained certifications in CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in November 2013 and May 2013, respectively.
