Paul Hulett is a seasoned technology leader and consultant with extensive experience in optimizing business capabilities through technology across various sectors including health, disability, insurance, and finance. As the Principal Consultant and Owner of IT Action since February 2016, Paul has been instrumental in developing technology strategies, governance frameworks, and vendor procurement strategies. Currently serving as Program Director at Teachers Health, Paul oversees the migration to a new cloud-based insurance platform. Additionally, Paul's leadership roles include Board Chair of Kids+ and a previous tenure as Chief Information Officer at GMHBA Limited, where significant technological advancements and operational improvements were achieved. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems from RMIT University, completed between 1994 and 1998.

Teachers Health is a not-for-profit health fund for members of the education community, and their families. We were created by teachers (for teachers) over 60 years ago and are now the largest industry-based health fund in Australia, covering the lives of over 360,000 people. Today, our members include teachers, administration and support staff working in public, private and independent primary and secondary schools, as well as tertiary education. Membership is also open to families of eligible members.
